This was a great week! One of the Elders asked us to make him a corona themed cake, and I didn't want to make a Corona Virus because I don't have a circle pan. I also didn't feel like making a cake that looks like a mask, so we made a corona beer cake. Made it on Thursday during meal breaks, turned out fairly decent!

Green limes made out of frosting? A perfectly appropriate LDS missionary cake right?

This is Sister Evans pretending to be a puppy.

We had in person district Council! We all sat next to our companions, and each companionship sat 6 ft from each other.

We also got to do two service projects! One of them it had rained that afternoon so they just fed us instead. Not the direction we were expecting! But it was good to see people. I'm ready for when we can be closer than 6 ft and like hug people and shake hands. One day. Maybe in ten years.

We had a meeting with our tech team and our mission President, that was good.

Our weekly institute classes are coming to an end, so that's sad. It will be nice to have more time for everything else though.

We love life! Also we have someone we are working with and it's fun to see her get excited about the Book of Mormon.

Jesus loves you! Hope you all have a good week and spread joy to others!!!

This week was fun! We had a lot of boring and not so boring meetings (one at 6:50 AM,  that was early). We did a lot of Facebook and a lot of Facebook. :)  We went on a hike today with our district, got lots of mud on us. Sister Evans saw a tall tree and said "hey Sister Lake, it's you at zone conference!"

We also went on virtual exchanges with Lincoln City - it was fun to see them! They work with english and spanish speakers, so we role played explaining the Book of Mormon in Spanish.

Sister Evans got a new phone! Her old phone was dropped and got the SIM card tray dented in, so she got a new phone so she could get the SIM card in and out when she changes areas.

We had an awesome lesson with Caleb and Carrie! We brought the Pace family, who are new to the ward, and they got along well! We talked about God and Jesus Christ.

Elders.... I so want to see the waterfalls in Oregon.

Well, I don't have much time left, so that's it for this week! Sister Lake 1200 Country Club Rd, Woodburn, OR 97071
