We had our whole district walk around and talk to people on the street and two sets of Elders found success service tracting where we had found none. We later walked by the lady that the Elders helped out, and she told us about the wonderful brothers who remembered her name, cared about her, asked her questions, and helped with gardening and painting. However she normally doesn't like asking for help so that time she was said no to our offer of service that day.

Two weeks later, we walked by again. She asked us a question about what we wanted to do, and Sister Lowder responded with "Whatever you want!" We walked into her house, invited us to follow, and let us help vacuum, mop, reorganize, etc. In the middle of it, two of us were cleaning the kitchen and Sister Atwood sat in the living room talking to Dawn and had a great conversation. As we left, Sister Lowder asked if Dawn wanted a priesthood blessing. Dawn said yes and we told her we would come back that night.

We came back with some Elders. Dawn got a short priesthood blessing during which she sobbed the whole time. Her husband also accepted the offer to receive a blessing, which was cool. Then we talked to them after the blessings and Sister Lowder gave Dawn a baptism invite, and she said yes! Then she asked what that meant. We explained it and she is really excited about it. We went by for a second lesson the next day with a fellowshipper. Dawn committed to read the Book of Mormon with an open heart and willingness to find if it's true. We are so excited! Service brings miracles.

So we got light up ducks to put on our bikes, yay mom! They have bike helmets so they can be safe. The helmets have propellers on them that spin. We got four, so each bike has one and the possum bike has two. It's very motivating to have a little propeller that spins when you go fast enough. It's especially helpful when you are on the slow possum bike. (that would be me) Then you pedal super fast and it's almost as fast as a normal bike.
Our trio companionship is great, we have a ton of fun! By the way, Sister Lowder is from Payson Utah and Sister Atwood is from Enud Oklahoma.
